Overview

By booking or receiving services from Soulstice Therapeutic Massage, you agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a supportive experience for both client and practitioner

Mobile Services

All services are provided on a mobile basis only, in the client’s home or private space. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, quiet, and accessible environment suitable for bodywork.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Late Arrivals

Session time begins at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent appointments.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Bodywork services offered by Soulstice are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to the session.

Scope of Practice

Services provided are non-sexual and professional in nature. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Right to Refuse Service

Soulstice Therapeutic Bodywork reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if safety, comfort, or professional boundaries are compromised.

Liability

By receiving services, clients release Soulstice Therapeutic Bodywork from any liability related to injuries, conditions, or outcomes not disclosed prior to the session.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
