What to Expect
A calm, supportive experience, guided by your body
Your comfort and consent are central to every session. You are always in control, and nothing is ever required or expected beyond what feels right for you.
This is a space where the body leads, and you are supported throughout.
Your Comfort & Boundaries
-
Please ensure safe, accessible parking is available at the time of your appointment. Any parking or access-related delays may be deducted from the scheduled session time.
-
Sessions take place in your home or private setting. A small, quiet area with enough room for the table and gentle movement is all that’s needed.
We’ll take a few moments to check in and clarify the intention of your session so the work feels aligned and supportive from the start.
You’re encouraged to come as you are; there’s no need to prepare in any way
-
Sessions are guided by the needs of your body in that moment. Pressure, pacing, and technique are adjusted thoughtfully to support comfort and effectiveness.
Some sessions may feel deeply relaxing, while others may bring awareness to areas of holding or restriction. Both are normal responses as the body begins to unwind.
You are always encouraged to communicate. This is a collaborative experience, not something being done to you.
-
Because sessions take place in your own space, many clients find it easier to rest, hydrate, and integrate the work afterward.
It’s common to feel relaxed, lighter, or more spacious after a session. Subtle shifts may continue over the next 24–48 hours as the body integrates.

Supportive enhancements may be added to your sessions based on your needs and preferences. Infrared Sauna Blankets & Mineral wraps are included in 90-minute sessions only.
Available options include:
Infrared sauna blanket
Red light therapy mat
Foam roller
Magnesium mineral wrap (with infrared only)
Castor oil abdominal wrap (with infrared only)
-
The infrared sauna blanket uses gentle infrared heat to warm the body from within, supporting circulation, relaxation, and natural perspiration. Infrared warmth penetrates deeper than surface heat, helping calm the nervous system and encourage lymphatic flow.
Infrared sessions are offered only alongside lymphatic drainage treatments.
-
Magnesium and castor oil wraps are offered individually and are not combined, and only with 90-minute sessions.
Red light therapy and Foam roller work are not used with infrared sessions.
Red light therapy mat may be used with lymphatic sessions when appropriate.
Foam roller work only included with therapeutic massage
-
Foam roller–assisted work may be incorporated during sessions for clients who prefer or benefit from deeper pressure. The roller is used intentionally to support tissue response while maintaining nervous system awareness.
This option is available only with therapeutic massage

Many clients feel lighter, more relaxed, or more comfortable in their bodies after a session. Some notice gentle changes over the next day or two as the body continues to respond. Occasionally, people may feel temporarily tired, lightheaded, or a bit “spacey,” especially after deeper work or significant release. These sensations are typically short-lived.
Rest, hydration, and gentle movement can help support your body as it integrates the work.
